This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect Your Content that includes your Personal Information, your Business Information and the files, photos and documents that you may upload, store, broadcast or share through this platform. If you do not want us to handle Your Content in this manner, please do not use the Platform and if you are a registered user please inform us (through the Contact us form) to remove Your Content and close your account. 'Personal Information' is information that could reasonably be used to identify you individually, such as your name, e-mail address, and mobile number. ‘Business Information’ is information that may describe your products, your capacity and your positioning in the market.

This Privacy Policy applies only to information that we collect through the Platform.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT 

(a) Your Content 

We collect information that you voluntarily share with us through the Platform. Information you may give us includes:

  • contact information, such as your name, physical address, telephone number, and email address.

  • information about your location.

  • information that you share as part of your portal profile when you are a registered user.

When you share Your Content with other people, you understand that they may be able to, on a worldwide basis, use, save, record, reproduce, broadcast, transmit, share and display Your Content without compensating you. If you do not want others to have that ability, do not use the platform to share Your Content. You represent and warrant that for the duration of this policy, you have (and will have) all the rights necessary for Your Content that is uploaded, stored, or shared on or through the Platform, and that the collection, use, and retention of Your Content will not violate any law or rights of others. We cannot be held responsible for Your Content or the material others upload, store or share using the platform.

To the extent necessary to provide the services to you and others, to protect you and the Platform, and to improve our services, you grant to us a free intellectual property license to use Your Content, for example, to make copies of, retain, transmit, reformat and display Your Content on the platform.

(b) Information We Collect Through Technology 

We collect information through technology to enhance our ability to serve you. When you access and use the Platform, we and, in some cases, our third-party service providers collect information about how you interact with the Platform. We describe below a few of the methods we use to collect information through technology.

When you visit the Platform, we collect your Internet Protocol (IP) address. An IP address is often associated with the portal you used to enter the Internet, like your Internet service provider (ISP), company, association, or university. While an IP address may reveal your ISP or geographic area, we cannot determine your identity solely based upon your IP address. However, we may link the last IP address you used to access the Platform to Personal Information you provide us.

We may also collect a unique identifier for your computer, mobile device, or other device used to access the Platform ("Device Identifier"). A Device Identifier is a number that is automatically assigned to the device you used to access the Platform. We may link the Device Identifier to other information about your visit, such as what pages you viewed, and to Personal Information you provide us, such as your name.

When you use the Platform through the mobile application, the Platform may automatically collect and store some or all of the following information from your mobile device ("Mobile Device Information"), including, but not limited to:

  • The type of Internet browsers you use with the Platform.

  • Your preferred country site.

  • Your mobile operating system.

  • Your phone number or other identifiers assigned to your mobile device, including: the IP address of your mobile device, the manufacturer and model of your mobile device

We may also collect information about how you use the Platform, such as the amount of time you spend using the Platform, how many times you use a specific feature of the Platform over a given time period, how often you use the Platform, and actions you take in the Platform. In addition, we may gather information about the website from which you downloaded the mobile application to help us determine what Platform download site is most effective (collectively "Platform Usage Information"). We may link your Mobile Device Information and Platform Usage Information to Personal Information you have provided us, in which case we will treat the combined information as Personal Information.

2. HOW WE USE THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT 

We use the information we collect to serve you and improve your experience at the Platform. Some examples include:

  • Providing and maintaining the platform services

  • Allowing you to use features of the Platform when you choose to do so

  • Communicating with you by push notifications, email, telephone, or text message, in accordance with your wishes.

  • Improving our services.

  • Monitoring the usage of the Platform

  • Detecting, preventing and addressing technical issues

  • Conducting research and analysis.

Data Retention

We will retain Your Content only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. 

3. HOW WE SHARE THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT 

Other than sharing Your Content, or parts of it, with other registered users, we do not sell, rent, or trade Your Content to third parties other than as disclosed in this Privacy Policy at the time you provide your information. The following are some of the ways we share your information:

We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our work, to provide the services on our behalf, to perform Platform-related services or to assist us in analyzing how our Platform is used.

(b) Social Network Site Authentication

If you choose to log-in to the Platform through Facebook, Twitter, or another social networking site, we may share information about your account with the social networking site.

(c) Administrative and Legal Reasons

Required Disclosures:

We may be required to disclose Personal Information in response to a court order, subpoena, civil discovery request, other legal process, or as otherwise required by law.

Legal Compliance and Protections:

We may disclose account and other Personal Information when we believe disclosure is necessary to comply with the law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Platform, our Users, or others. Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer.

4. HOW WE PROTECT THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT 

The security and confidentiality of your information is important to us. We have implemented technical, administrative, and physical security measures to protect your Personal Information from unauthorized access or disclosure and improper use.

For example, all your communication with the Furniture Tripoli platform is encrypted through SSL encryption.

In addition, access to your Personal Information is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the Personal Information to perform a specific job, for example, sales representatives, managers, and customer service staff, are granted access to Personal Information. All employees with access to Personal Information are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices. 5. LINKS TO OTHER SITES

The Platform may contain links to web sites that are not operated by us. If you click on a third party link, you will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit.

We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services.

6. PRIVACY POLICY UPDATES 

If we change this Privacy Policy, we will post those changes on this page and update the Privacy Policy modification date above. If we materially change this Privacy Policy in a way that affects how we use or disclose your information, we will notify you by prominently posting a notice of such changes before making them and by stating the effective date of the changes.

7. CODE OF CONDUCT

By agreeing to this policy, you’re agreeing that, when using the Platform, you will follow these rules:

  1. Don’t do anything illegal.

  2. Don’t engage in any activity that exploits, harms, or threatens to harm children.

  3. Don’t send spam. Spam is unwanted or unsolicited bulk email, postings, contact requests, SMS (text messages), or instant messages.

  4. Don’t publicly display or use the services to share inappropriate content or material (involving, for example, nudity, bestiality, pornography, offensive language, graphic violence, or criminal activity).

  5. Don’t engage in activity that is fraudulent, false or misleading.

  6. Don’t engage in activity that is harmful to you or others (e.g., transmitting viruses, stalking, posting terrorist content, communicating hate speech, or advocating violence against others).

  7. Don’t infringe upon the rights of others (e.g., unauthorized sharing of copyrighted material).

  8. Don’t engage in activity that violates the privacy of others.

  9. Don’t help others break these rules.
